      With Rewaa cashier system you can add more than one cashier inside the branch with the possibility of knowing all the sales operation for each one.

      Step one : click on cashier tab

      Step two: click on settings tab

      Step three :  click on add new cashier

      Step four: Enter cashier name

      Step five: click on save

    • Register Reports

      with Rewaa system, you can find out all the transactions made for each cashier in the branches

      Step one: click on cashier tab

      Step two: click on cashier reports

      Step three: the system will display all transaction that has been performed in this system

    • Sales Operations

      The sales process is carried out through the Rewaa system with ease and efficiency, in addition to the possibility of determining the quantities and the discount rate at each sale.

      Step one: Click on cashier tab
      Step two: Enter Sku by using barcode scanner or type it manually
      Step three: Identify the required quantity
      Step four: click on sale tab

    • Vat Calculation

      Rewaa will automatically calculates VAT at each sale .

      Step one: click on settings tab.
      Step two: enable VAT calculation
      Step three: Enter a 5% rate in the tax rate box.
      Step four: click on save tab.

    • Return The Invoice

      with Rewaa system you can return the products or invoices directly and simply by entering the receipt number in the search box.

      Step one: click on return the invoice.
      Step two: Enter the receipt number for the invoice to appear.

    • Closing Register

      The employees at the end of the workday can close the cashier , which helps to know the performance of each employee individually

  • Suppliers
    • Add Suppliers

      With Rewaa system you can add the suppliers you want to deal with to provide products easily, which makes it easier for you to purchase them in the future.

      Step one: click on suppliers tab
      Step two: click on add supplier
      Step three: Fill out the supplier information
      Step four: Click on save tab

      If you want to terminate the supplier data registered in the system you can delete it in a very simple way at any time and anywhere.

      Step one: click on suppliers tab
      Step two: Select the supplier to delete
      Step three: Click on delete

    • Delete Suppliers

    • Export Suppliers Data

      The system allows you to download an Excel file containing all suppliers data in a very organized manner and arranged by the supplier name , company, e-mail, contact number, and account number of each supplier

    • Search For A Supplier

      You can access any supplier registered in the system easily through the search box without having to waste a lot of time in the search process each time.

      Step two: Write the supplier name in the search box
      Step three: Click on search

    • Sales

      with Rewaa system, You can see the sales of each product by specifying the supplier of those products

      Step four: Select the date range that you want

    • Edit Suppliers Data

      You can, at any time, modify the data of any supplier registered in the system, whether it is the company name, contact number, email address and account number.

  • Inventory Control
    • Add Product

      you can add new products or increase quantities of pre-existing products and determine the desired quantities, as well as determine the price of purchase cost and retail price with ease.

      Step one: Click on inventory management tab.
      Step two: add new products

      fill out the product information:

      • Product SKU,and if it is not available Click on generate SKU
      • Select product name, category. and if the desired category it is not available click on add new category.
      • Select supplier (you need to add them in the suppliers page before you add new product)

    • SKU Generator

      If you do not have SKU for your products, Rewaa will help you create SKU for each product in stock, which in turn makes it much easier to manage the inventory either in terms of searching for a specific product or knowing the quantities remaining.

      Step one: Click on inventory management tab.
      Step two: add new products

      fill out the product information:

      • Product SKU,and if it is not available Click on generate SKU
      • Select product name, category. and if the desired category it is not available click on add new category.
      • Select supplier (you need to add them in the suppliers page before you add new product)

    • Export Inventory Data

      You can download an Excel file on your computer that contains the data of all the products in the system in a systematic way by product number, item name, category, cost and retail price of the product and the quantities available from each product.

      Step one: Click on inventory management tab.
      Step two: click on export
      Step three: An Excel file containing the product list will be downloaded.

    • Delete Products

      You can control the products you want to delete because of the product it is not available anymore or because of the low demand .And that can be performed easily by identifying and deleting unwanted products.

      Step one: Click on inventory management tab.
      Step two: select the product to delete it
      Step three: Click on delete

    • Restoration The Products

      With Rewaa, you can restore all products that have already been deleted, regardless of the reason for the deletion, whether by mistake or by the expiration of the available quantities of a product.

      Step one: Click on inventory management tab.
      Step two: click on deleted products
      Step three: select products to restore it
      Step four: click on restore products

    • Import Products

      If you have a list of products on Excel file you can add them to the system directly.

      Step one: Click on inventory management tab.

      Step three: select the file to import it
      Step four: Click on save tab

    • Search For A Product By Its Category

      You can search for any product easily and quickly through the search box or by selecting the category.

    • Generate Barcode

      This feature is very important because it helps significantly in organizing and controlling your inventory. So Rewaa helps you to create a number or barcode for each product that is recorded in the system.

  • Purchase Orders
    • you can buy new products or ordering quantities of pre-existing products in a very simple way by determining the supplier, item or product required, and determining Quantity of purchases
    • New Purchase Order

      with Rewaa cashier system you can buy new products or ordering quantities of pre-existing products in a very simple way

      Step one: click on purchase order tab
      Step two: click on new purchase order
      Step three: search for supplier
      Step four: enter product SKU
      Step five: Determine required quantities
      Step six: Specify receiving date and add comments
      Step seven: click on complete the process

    • Purchase Invoices

      Rewaa system provide order details for each purchase order, as well as the day, date, and hour of each purchase.

      Step one: click on purchase orders tab
      Step two: click on view previous invoices
      Step three: select the invoice you want

      Step four: click on receipt to show details

    • Import Invoices

      with  Rewaa cashier system, you can upload an excel file from your computer that contains the invoices recorded to the system

      Step one: click on purchase orders tab

      Step two: click on batch import

      Step three: download Excel template for batch invoice

      Step four: upload the file after changes

    • Invoice Customisation

      You can customize your invoice by placing your company logo, so that it appears on every invoice you issue.

      Step one: click on settings tab.
      Step two: select company’s logo and fill out all the required information.
      Step three: Click on save tab

  • Employees
    • Rewaa system helps you to add employees and also control employees’ permissions according to the nature of their work, in addition to the ability to ensure that the employee does not enter from another device through the IP address.
    • Add And Delete Employees

      with Rewaa cashier system you can add your employees in very simple way

      Step one: click on employees tab
      Step two: click on add employee
      Step three: fill out employee’s information
      Step four: click on update

      With Rewaa You can delete or disable the authorities of any employee at any time and from anywhere

      Step one: select employee’s name

    • Control Employees’ Permissions

      You can control employees’ permission and you can also determine which units they allowed to access as well as determine the discount rate.

      Step five: control employees’ permissions by specifying his position
      Step six: click on update

    • Import Employees’ Information

      with Rewaa cashier system , you can edit employee data or create a new Excel file for new employees and upload it to the system

      Step one :download an Excel template for new employees or download an Excel template for existing employees to edit it

      Step two: upload the file to the system again

    • Export Employees’ Information

      You can download an Excel file that contains information for all employees recorded in the system to your PC and use it when necessary

      Step two: An Excel file containing employees’ information will be downloaded.

    • Sales Reports For Each Branch

      with This feature  you can  generate sales reports for each branch, which helps to know the performance of each branch separately
